Depending on the value of your order we will ship via one of the following mail services:

• 1st Class Recorded 
• Special Delivery - orders over £100 exc vat

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the address you have stated, to prevent delivery charges being incurred for re-delivery. If you need to contact us to re-deliver you will need to pay the delivery charge plus VAT again.

If the order is subsequently cancelled a credit will be made less a restocking fee of 25% of the order, plus the initial delivery charge
